We remember our friend and scholar, Jeremy Nowak.

Jeremy was a giant in the urban field. He created The Reinvestment Fund, one of the largest community investment institutions in the United States, and chaired the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. A widely published author and columnist, he was the co-author with Bruce Katz of The New Localism: How Cities Thrive in the Age of Populism.

Jeremy passed away unexpectedly in July of 2018 and left a deep absence. We are all better for having known and worked with him and he is deeply missed.
